Pricing
Pricing varies depending on date, time and use. With pricing starting at $20/hour for weekday rentals. Weekend rentals are booked in either morning, evening or all day time slots.

Pricing
For a limited time, we are offering a discounted pre-booking package. The Founding Couples Package gives you the The Norton and The Roosevelt for an entire Friday–Sunday weekend, with the flexibility to use the space however you want — from rehearsal dinner and decorating to your ceremony, reception, brunch and everything in between. It's your time to envision.
The Roosevelt is still under development and not yet ready for in-person tours, but we're now accepting a limited number of 2027 Founding Couples.
